Young at Heart is a social club for older people. On the second Wednesday of the month from 2pm to 3.30pm it meets in the Church Hall on the corner of Cowley High Street and Iver Lane. Anyone is welcome to attend. The subscription is £1 per session.
Each month Young at Heart invites a different speaker. Talks are on a variety of topics including history, the local area, charity work and the natural world. There is also a raffle and hot drinks are served.
In December or January the club has a festive party in the Church Hall. During the year Young at Heart go on coach trips.
Young at Heart is also a generous supporter of local charities.
